<8% + 2 Sodium hydroxide (cas No 1310-73-2),
<5% + 2 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1,
1-diphosphonic acid (cas no 2809-21-4) pH 13-14

Properties

Used for cleaning burnt oils and dirt formed in kitchen equipments like  cooker, grill and range hood.

Usage and amount

Application for spraying method: The temperature of the application surface should be minimum 40°C - 45°C and maximum temperature 70°C. Should be sprayed to surface. It can be kept on the surface for 5-10 minutes depending on the density of carbonized oil and heavy dirt. During application the process will be shortened when rubbing with a rubbing sponge. After application completed, surface is rinsed thoroughly. Immersion method: Using a grill, boil the solution prepared with 20-40 gr / lt dosage into a large steel container. Keep waiting large equipment such as steel pans, pots to be cleaned in a boiling solution for 10 to 20 minutes. After application completed rinse equipments with plenty of water.
