> 10% Phosphoric Acid
pH 1-2

Properties

It completely dissolves liquid lime used to dissolve the lime layers formed in the tools and equipment used in the food industry and industrial type dishwashers.
It removes the existing congestion by removing the lime layers accumulated in the pipelines and spray tips.
It contains a corrossion inhibitor.

Usage and amount

In industrial type dishwashers, the detergent / rinse aid pumps are closed and the tank is filled with water in order to remove limescale in the washing tanks.
2-5 liters are added according to the lime density. The pump motor is started and the solution is circulated for 10-300 minutes. Then the tank is emptied and the tank is filled again with water and operated for 2 minutes by giving detergent. Finally the solution is drained. After waiting for 10 minutes,it is rinsed with plenty of water. Spray tips are immersed in 10% solution. It is waited until the calcification is gone.
